The firm's founder and principal attorney, David Pivtorak, started the firm with the philosophy that the practice of law does not have to be sterile and impersonal.  After hearing about what life was like in other law firms and experiencing those cold and stuffy environments for himself, David decided to follow a different path.  He was lucky enough to befriend and eventually work for an attorney who inspired him to succeed in his practice and be fulfilled at the same time.  This mentor showed David that a satisfied attorney often has satisfied clients and that a personal connection is one of the most important aspects of an attorney/client relationship.       

We take this philosophy to heart.  And as a result, we care deeply about our clients and are dedicated to establishing a relationship that lasts well beyond the initial representation.  Unlike other law firms that view their clients as cogs on a conveyor belt we treat each case like it is our own.  When someone comes to us with a problem, we make it our mission to provide results to the fullest extent the law will allow.  That is why our clients know that their happiness is our main goal.
